I need it at the start of the build to tell the developers the build is starting. Adam Bruss Senior Development Engineer AWR Corporation 11520 N. The answer then was there was no easy way to get this information using CruiseControl. We use subversion for our version control and my cruisecontrol.log file displays ‘SVNBootstrapper - U ‘ messages for each of the files it’s updating. Could try extract the information from there, although if you have more than one project running on the same CruiseControl server it could get quite complicated to determine which update belongs to which project. When do you need this information? The log123456789.xml file in the cruisecontrol project logs folder contains this information, however I think this file is only produced at the end of the build, . You could extract everything between the <modifications> & </modifications> tags and then use a style sheet to format it (maybe even the same modifications.xsl file used by CruiseControl) Regards, Steve From: Adam Bruss<mailto:[email protected]> Sent: 30 August 2012 03:24 To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: [Cruisecontrol-user] modificationWriter like ccnet Do you guys know if Cruisecontrol has anything like the modificationWriter task in Cruisecontrol.net where the modifications are written to a file in xml format for later use?
