build.bat file for dashboard application

Hi
I am using cruisecontrol-src-2.8.4 (the source version). I have
successfully built the build loop and jsp reporting app. I am not able to
build the dashboard because there is no build.bat file for it. Can someone
help me build the dashboard app? I am not a Java expert. We are evaluating
cruisecontrol for C++ development
