Yes and no.  The Subversion repository is still the authoritative source for CruiseControl v2.8.4+ development, and I'm manually sync'ing the GitHub repo with that.

However, I'm also happy to back-port changes to Subversion, so if anybody prefers forking https://github.com/CruiseControl/cruisecontrol and sending pull requests to add new features or fix bugs please don't hesitate to do so!

If we decide to abandon the Subversion repository I expect there will be an official announcement to the mailing lists, and the website will be update to point to the GitHub repo.  In other words, you'll know about it.  :)
