If any one else sees this:
By default it seems the dashboard expects that the artifacts folder to exis=
t at =A0"${root.cruise}/artifacts"
If you set the the "dest" attribute of "artifactspublisher" to anything tha=
t is under a different folder, you must update the the "artifactsdir"=A0att=
ribute of dashboard's "buildloop" tag accordingly.
