Cannot get GUI to come up on middlegen

I am having trouble getting the middlegen gui to come up. When I set $gui = yes or true, middlegen prints the following message in the command prompt from where I invoked ant and then hangs: [middlegen] (middlegen.Middlegen 396 ) Validating sunjdo10 [middlegen] (middlegen.Middlegen 396 ) Validating html [middlegen] (middlegen.Middlegen 396 ) Validating simple [middlegen] (middlegen.Middlegen 396 ) Validating struts [middlegen] (middlegen.Middlegen 396 ) Validating hibernate [middlegen] (middlegen.Middlegen 396 ) Validating myjsp [middlegen] ******************************************************** [middlegen] * CTRL-Click relations to modify their cardinality * [middlegen] * SHIFT-Click relations to modify their directionality * [middlegen] ******************************************************** There was a time when this worked in my environment but I can't figure out what might have changed. Does anyone have any ideas?
