middlegen can't compile ejb's on weblogic.

Hello i am using mysql and jdk.1.4, and i have alos tried jdk1.5. and I am 
using weblogic8.SP3, i am using <!ENTITY ejb      SYSTEM 
"file:./config/ejb/weblogic.xml"> in build.xml
but not matter what I get the following errors.
