Multiple schemas configuration

Hi
I'm using Middlegen 2.1 and I try to generate xml mapping
files for my db2 database. My problem is that the tables are
stored into different schemas and there are lots of relation
between all the tables. Does anyone know how I have to proceed
? (... if it is possible) thx
