@ejb.relation cascade-delete parameter generation

Hi,

How must I go about to generate the @ejb.relation "cascade-delete"
parameter?  The "name" and "role-name" parameters generate correctly, but
how to configure Middlegen to generate the "cascade-delete" parameter as
well?
