iBatis support

Hi all,

I created iBatis plugin for middlegen. It based on Philippe's ibatis
plugin[1]. It is available at following url:

http://tidus.ultimania.org/tmp/middlegen-2.1ibatis.zip

Please execute following command to try it:

$ cd sample
$ ant create-tables
$ ant middlegen


I would like to commit this plugin for middlegen 2.2. 
Please try it and give me feedback. If it valuable.
