Middlegen times on Oracle schemas

Hello,
 
We have used middlegen 2.0b1 and now we have decided to upgrade to current
version.
 
We have started migrating by using the same build scripts and configuration
files on the same Oracle database schema.
 
As a result we've had a response time 10 times long due to database objects
parsing.
 
Is this a version bug?, or the new version does a lot more things and
therefore is slower?
 
We'd appreciate some help at this point.
