Using the adapter and struts plugin

Well, as long as I've been using Middlegen I've never looked into the
adapter/struts plugin until now - and it looks really cool and really
ideal to use what is already there and extend for JSF.

However, my environment seems to be missing something - whenever I try
to run this, it comes up with:

Unable to find cmp20-create.vm
Or cmp30-create.vm

Any ideas on what these should look like or if someone already has them?
