new barracuda-pages.sample app version posted...

I've updated the barracuda-pages.sample app and synced it up with the 
latest Barracuda CVS including using XMLC-2.2 instead of 2.1.  Actually, I 
updated the Diez' contrb app to be much like the way I had the 
barracuda-pages.sample app.  I then just made a few changes to the 
barracuda-pages.sample app such modifying the mockups and the Pages 
implementations to used directives in a properties file rather than 
embedded in markup.  Plus, of course, the barracuda-pages.sample app is a 
stand-alone build and doesn't require any of the Barracuda build 
infrastructure.  This is the main reason it exists; to provide a sample 
build process for new and experienced users of Barracuda.  Basically to get 
a kickstart in building Barracuda apps.  Hopefully someone finds it useful
