New XMLC/Xerces/Barracuda: Great work!!!!

Hello,

Just tested out the CVS build of Barracuda (we're starting an new project on
Weblogic 8.1) and Barracuda/XMLC now indeed work great with whatever Xerces
implementation. This is great work! A big thank you for David and everyone
else involved!!! This removes a long standing dependency that would
otherwise could become a pretty large issue.
