You probably didn't overlook it as it probably wasn't there, but the fact remains that barracuda-core.jar does depend on plankton.jar, so plankton.jar should probaby be there as a separate download. To tell you the truth, I don't think the jar files need to be there as a separate download, so I'd vote to remove barracuda-core.jar from the direct downloads.
