Thanks for the information. We are in fact using viewcvs so cvsgrab 
should work without problems. I have downloaded cvsgrab myself and am 
right now in the process of downloading Barracuda via cvsgrab. Very 
cool! Here's the parameters I use:

    cvsgrab -rootURL http://barracudamvc.org/cvs -destDir foobar 
-package Barracuda

Of course this is not the preferred method if you can access CVS 
directly. But for those that are unable cvsgrab may be the solution.
