Response Events?

Hi Guys...

Do Reponse Events behave the same way as Request Events?

I've just added a listener to one of my parent response events.. but it's
not firing?

E.g.

Adding a Listener to PrivateResponseEvent 

PrivateResponseEvent
-->ReponseEvent1
-->ReponseEvent2
-->ReponseEvent3
