Hi everyone, I was going to bring this up later, but had and itch, so I'll bring it up now.... I would like to propose a new release in the very near future. I have gotten almost everything that I had wanted to be done for a new release. The only outstanding thing I can think of is the stuff I talked about in the HTMLActionRenderer in the following message... http://barracudamvc.org/lists/archives/barracuda/2003-April/006209.html I wouldn't mind updating the XMLC stuff to an official beta1 release as has been suggested on the XMLC list today, but it wouldn't actually change things since the unofficial release of XMLC-2.2 in Barracuda is based upon the very latest CVS of XMLC-2.2, so it would be more of just an official stamp of approval than anything else. I'm sure there are some other things that people would like to get done for a Barracuda release. I know Diez is making some last minute changes to the Pages model. Anyone else have changes in their Queue? Christian, I know I've discussed some stuff that you were meaning to do, but haven't yet gotten done yet (for instance, the BComponentStringBuffer or something like that?). Are those going to get into the next release or wait for another release? Anyone see any deficiencies in Barracuda currently that should be fixed before the next release? Might want to evaluate our todo list and evaluate what needs to be done. Now, docs might need to wait a bit and we could sure use some outside help with this. The event model and form mapping models require tutorials like the component model currently has. I don't think this should hold up a release, though. It should definitely be a high priority todo item, though, for a future release. Jake
