Using JAAS is a way of authorizing your clients actions^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hevents
programmatically. Use the Tagish login modules http://free.tagish.net/jaas/
for JAAS. Once you have them configured in your VM - code some JAAS auth
checks into your EventGateway. http://www.mooreds.com/jaas.html is a Struts
oriented overview of Tomcat, JAAS and Struts, but you should be able to
translate fine.
