Missing Version 1.2.0 distribution?

Although the Barracuda home page shows that Version 1.2.0 should be available for download, I have been getting the error: The requested URL /downloads/barracuda-1.2.0.zip was not found on this server. On attempts to download the distro. Is downloading temporarily suspended during bug fixing? I've tried running 1.1, but the instructions for install seem to be written for some other (1.2?) version, the windows bat files are not in the same form as the documents, and in building, I get compiler errors for missing or ill defined methods.
