deploy question

I download the Barracuda1.2.0 on the home page.Then, I extract the zip file 
and put all the files into the tomcat's webapp directory.I also add a 
context statement in the tomcat's server.xml.Everything is well when I 
request the Html source of the Barracuda.But I'll got a 404 error when I 
request for those dynamic source such as the " Barracuda Config","Simple 
Login App" and "Barracuda Disc Rack" etc.So I rename the sample.web.xml 
under the WEB-INF to web.xml.And that results in all my request for the 
Barracuda will get a "not available" response.Please help me out of that 
problem.Thanks.
