Hi Eugene, Thanks for pointing that out. I've fixed it. The link should now work. All you have to do is remove "cvs_source" which was used on the enhydra.org server, but not now on the barracudamvc.org server. As far as licensing goes, both XMLC and Barracuda use the EPL (Enhydra Public License). We have planned to move to the LGPL or something similar, but the EPL works for now. Localization requires the same licensing as the rest of Barracuda and XMLC. There are currently no differences.
