As to firebird, yes - I use Mozilla almost exclusively myself; roll on 
firebird!
As to Konqueror, I looked for a Javascript debugger and couldn't see one 
(Konqueror 3.05 RedHat 8).

If we look at the page 
http://www.ashleyit.com/rs/jsrs/select/php/select.php again. Are you 
saying that I can generate the same page using Barracuda components 
because there is support for "Remote Scripting" built into the Barracuda 
framework? (That would be real nice - I looked at implementing JSRS in a 
different web project some time ago for "nested select box lookups" but 
one of the issues was the extra cost and complexity of moving outside 
the then existing framework.)
