You can load up a document and import a node + its children into your 
current document.  Otherwise, when you compile XMLC documents, you can use 
the server-side include mechanism to paste together common parts of 
documents.  This technique can be seen in the BConfig app and probably a 
few other examples in Barracuda.  You can also search the list for more 
info on this.

looks like it needs more defining, but it is mentioned.  I have never use 
Tapestry, so I can't say much about it.
