I'm pretty sure Christian still wants CopyAndReplace around.  Unless you 
can convince him it is not needed, then it is needed.  You might want to 
read his description of how he uses it to replicate and extend XMLC 
functionality so that he isn't dependent on XMLC to do SSI processing:

If you are volunteering to bring this in line Ant-1.6, I'm all for it.  You 
might want to ping the Ant-dev list, however, to see if Copy isn't just 
going to change its interface again in the future before making any changes.
