RE: CopyAndReplace taskdef and recent Ant

Yeah that basically sucks that they changed the signature. We _do_ need the
CopyAndReplace functionality, so if you want to make that change, great, but
if not, then I'll make it when we upgrade to the new version of Ant.
Shouldn't be too hard to modify...
