updated Barracuda and BarracudaDiscRack

I've updated Barracuda and BarracudaDiscRack with the latest jars from 
XMLC-2.2RC1.  The final version of XMLC will probably be unchanged and be 
released in the next couple days.  I also updated a few other jars to their 
latest versions and did some other updates to some of the sample.* files.

Anyway, if people could test things out and report any issues that would be 
good.  If no issues are found or no other updates are requested by users, 
then I'll go ahead and release versions 1.2.5 for both Barracuda and 
BarracudaDiscRack.

I haven't forgotten about the CopyAndReplace task that Stefan was going to 
modify to work with Ant-1.6.  I'd definitely like to get that in.  Speak up 
now for any other requests.

Check out A_Changes_History.java to see what has changed since 1.2.0.  I'd 
like to get 1.2.5 released in the next few days.
