RE: events.xml DTD

Yeah...I was going to mention this: what Stefan says is correct - it should
compile just fine without being connected to the net (and I do it all the
time here on my local box without problems too). So I'm not sure why you
would be having difficulties, unless perhaps the site wasn't actually down,
but just running really really slowly (making it look like the build process
was hung, even though it wasn't technically...of course this is just a guess
;-)
