No. And I don't see why it should :) Seriously: Barracuda isn't a full fledged 
application server framework, like ATG Dynamo or ZOPE. It concentrates its 
efforts on the html and http related parts. 

It can be integrated in app-servers, but I'm not aware of one shipping 
barracuda as default presentation layer - they ususally go for JSP, which is 
IMHO one of the worst things out there. But I'm not uptodate to what the 
enhydra application server guys are doing. Maybe you can check that out.
