Hi Kan,

Barracuda is currently liscensed under EPL (Enhydra Public License) - you
can see the specifics here:
http://xmlc.enhydra.org/software/license/index.html Its basically a
modification of the Mozilla Public License.

There has been a fair amount of discussion regarding license in the past - I
think we'd all prefer to get to something more standard like LGPL or the
Apache BSD license...we're working on it, but we're not there yet.
