There are examples and tutorials.  Have you tried going through those 
yet?  There are also two contrib apps.  See the documentation on building 
and deploying the contrib apps.  There are definitely some places where 
documentation could be better, but you should at least go through what's 
currently there.

BTW, contributions to fill in the blanks in Barracuda's documentation are 
very welcome.  It would really help out the community.
