Template question

Hi,

The following is a part of a table:
       
        <tr valign="top">
                  <td valign="top" align="left" width="35%">
                    <span class="Dir::Get_Data.HomeMenu.menu"></span>
                    [Menu]</td>
                  <td valign="top" width="65%" align="left">
                        <span 
class="Dir::Get_Data.MainHome.mainText"></span>
                    [mainText]</td>
             </tr>
It does not work, any thing wrong with the above html template?
