It's doubtful that you'll get conflicting package.  The enhydar.jar in 
BarracudaDiscRack is a stripped down version of 3.1.1beta1 (or something 
like that).  It is really only there for DODS stuff.  I don't foresee 
troubles in moving to a new version.

Let us know what you come up with and BarracudaDiscRack can be updated.
