CVS build.xml

I just did a fresh checkout of Barracuda from CVS on a Linux 
Environment, but it won't build due to:

BUILD FAILED
file:/usr/local/jakarta/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.29-LE-jdk14/webapps/Barracuda/src/build.xml:1: 
Document root element is missing.

After a quick browse, everything looks to be in order, but apparently it 
is not.

Has anyone else seen this?
