RE: The OW Forge site

Hi Matthew,

So this is something we'd want to install on the BarracudaMVC server, I'm
guessing, right?

For those of use Wiki neophytes, could you perhaps give us a summary of
exactly what it is and does? My understanding is that it basically provides
for "user editable" documentation, or something like that. Perhaps you could
feel in the holes... (give us a vision!)
