A slight bug in BAction:

Around line 248 in BAction.java the 'sep' variable is not reset to '&' after the initial iteration through an array of values for a key. So, if the parameters contain only one key and it has an array of values, they render as:

SomeEvent.event?key=val1?key=val2?key=val3
