Awesome, I got it working... I noticed the demo mentioning the want of a free file upload class. There is one in the newer releases of struts called: org.apache.struts.webapp.upload. I don't know how easy or difficult it might be to convert it for use in Barracuda, it seems to be based on the Action class...
