Hi Stephen,

Glad you got it going.

The InvocationTargetException happens for the following reason...

The app is already installed.  That is, if you did the following...

ant install

and an app with the name "Barracuda" was already installed, then you would 
see this exception.  Make sure you don't already have the "Barracuda" 
directory under CATALINA_HOME/webapps.  That will certainly cause this error.
