This should be fairly easy to do with ant and cron job.

cron job set up to run once a day at a set time, that calls ant with a 
specific build file.

The build would be:

cvs update -d
build and test all
move to download area

ant can also be setup to mail interested parties on the status of each 
build.

I will take this as todo item.
