Hi Mark, We are in transition mode and haven't quite worked out all the details. My suggestion is for you to grab the latest CVS. It is very stable right now. See instructions here: http://barracudamvc.org/Barracuda/docs/cvs.html There are pre-built binaries there in the WEB-INF/lib-cvs directory. You can use those if you don't feel like rebuilding them. If you do build Barracuda, make sure you remove Xerces2 and xml-apis from ANT_HOME/lib. And if you are using something less than JDK1.4.x, then put xerces-1.4.4-xmlc-2.1.jar in ANT_HOME/lib. And no matter what, make sure to put said xerces version in CATALINA_HOME/shared/lib before deploying in Tomcat.
