RE: updated BarracudaDiscRack!

I'm not sure how much time I'll have today to work on this?  If Shawn, you, 
Denny, or Diez take the initiative and need something done that I know more 
about, I'll try to accommodate.

In the meantime, here is a slightly updated using_barracuda.html that I 
worked on last night.  Still need to update the server install 
stuff.  Comments are appreciated on how this doc could be made more clear 
and understandable.  It could probably use some reorganization to split up 
the information into the core stuff and the "oh, btw" stuff.
