Hi,

while working on my contrib package, I noticed problems with the 
DataObjectException. Looks as if we ran into another jdk 1.4 problem. Its 
only a matter of commenting out 2 constructors. Stefan, do you want me to do 
this? Or can you compile things using 1.3, so you see the problems for 
yourself?
