Is it possible for you to create a standard webapp instead of the Enhydra 
superservlet?  It should work as a standard servlet application with a 
webapp structure....ie....

myapp/
     staticfile.html
     WEB-INF/
         web.xml
         lib/
         classes/

I think the appwizard gives you the option of doing superservlet or webapp, 
right?  It has been a long time since I looked at Enhydra so that is about 
all the help I can give you.  Have you checked on the Enhydra list?   I 
know there are some people here who use Enhydra with Barracuda, so 
hopefully someone more in-the-know speaks up.

Alternatively, if you try recent versions of Tomcat, you should have 
Barracuda up and running pretty quickly.
