Director: Question about "Load balance"

Dear all:
As we know Enhydra Director using "Round-Robin" to provide "Load =
Balance". My question:
Is there any main controller(AP Server/computer) charging the job? If =
so, the whole system will malfunction as the main controller is out of =
order, is that true?=20
