Execute SQL directly within a DBTransaction

Hi!

I am wondering how to execute direct sql code and
update some other enhydra database objects in the same
transaction. I know how execute a sql statemente
directly, via databaseManager.allocateConnection().

I need to know how to combine the two approaches in
the same transactional context.

Example: 

DBTransaction dbTrans =
databaseManager.createTransaction();
DBConnection enhydraConn =
databaseManager.allocateConnection();

1. execute some direct sql commands (ex. some complex
delete statements)
2. execute some DO commands like dbTrans.insert
3. commit
