Installing Mail4ME?

Thanks for great program, but I have some difficulties in installing the 
Mail4Me program. 
I downloaded the .jad and .jar files and use them through nokia developer´s 
suite emulator and sun´s Ktoolbar emulator. 
The emulator hangs in Ktoolbar, when I use the Sony-ericsson p800 emulator, 
there comes an screen where reads "the midlet wants to send information..." 
and it hangs, maybe can´t get connection or something? 
And in Nokia-emulator the phone tells me an error "Error 
javax.microedition.io.ConnectionNotFoundException: TCP open". Please tell me 
how to use this.

And the second question is what I´ll have to put into the textfields: 
localhost field, Inbox host field(something like http://mail.yahoo.com?),smtp 
host field, proxy hoast field? And what are the checkboxes http proxy on/off, 
smtp auth on/off and debug on/off? 

Please tell me some info about installing your product and using it, it´s very 
important for me!
