Enhydra 5.1 can't install on windows2003 ?

Hi All!

    Yesterday,I got the Enhydra5.1(win32 edition,the file is
"enhydra-5.1-1.setup.exe").I didn't secceded to setup it on
windows2003,because when it config itself,it is failed.The error is
"*C:\windows\system32\ntvdm* is 16bit ms-dos application".So I must
select "cancel" or "ignore".Enhydra5.1's configure can't run
seccessful!
    Anybody else meet this error?How can I resolve this problem?
