XMLC compiles during JBuilder make/rebuild here.

Also note that there are actually two Kelps - one for Ant based builds
and the other one for older Enhydra 5.0 based projects. I used both
successfully.

Right, I haven't noticed this before. Perhaps the Together guys could
advice how to work around this missing command line?
