hi, Still using Enhydra 3.1 (i know, i know... but I can't! :), i have a problem with IE when trying to render an XML response encoded as UTF-16 with content-type="text/xml;charset=utf-16". The MSXML parser always barfs with Invalid at the top level of the document. Error processing resource 'http://localhost:9000/FindAndBook'. Line 1, Position 1 this isn't actually a problem in IE (who cares right!) but the same MSXML parser/web component is being used by some of my clients to consume the XML returned by our web service, and it is also barfing. If i save the page from IE to an XML file, i can open it fine using IE! but it won't render it properly coming as an HTTP response. Mozilla deals with it fine. Do i have my content type right? I'm stuck. Anyone got any ideas? cheers, Adam. ===================================================== Tel: (+44) 117 908 1254 (Direct) Mobile (+44) 7780 962 961 email: [email protected] This communication is intended solely for the addressee and is confidential.
