Good luck. Thanks James, but unfortunately this is not the fix I am searching for. I have been using JBuilder with Enhydra since version 3 and the "Make" never recompiled the project when there were no changes. Now it does (Kelp 5.1). Your advice basically stops compiling the project even if there were changes made to the source files. I actually want the "Run" to compile the changed files but not EVERYTHING, especially not XMLC stuff because that one takes ages and is waste of my time as HTML files weren't touched.
