The JDeveloper that Oracle supplies as a part of the 10G toolset, but
with on the about box has version number 9.0.5.2, shows the following
error messages in its Messages - Log pane on startup after installing
Kelp 5.1.9

Is this version of JDeveloper not compatible with Kelp or is it a
configuration issue that could be resolved to allow the use of the
current version of Kelp.
